Speak

Start from the wheel or your recording shortcut. Click Stop when finished.

Keep

Recent dictations stay in the floating outbox. Pin a thought or find it in History.

Paste

Click a ready card to place its text. Automatic paste is available in Settings.

Privacy & permissions

Recordings and history are stored on your Mac. This alpha uses Apple Speech: on-device where supported, otherwise Apple may process audio. Microphone and speech permissions enable dictation; Accessibility enables gestures and text placement.

Install Holdflow
  1. Quit the previous version, if it is running.
  2. Open the download and move Holdflow to Applications.
  3. Open it from Applications and follow the permission prompts.

Early alpha: keep a copy of your previous version while testing.

The wheel preview shows the family with all three apps installed. Each app also works independently.
